Our founder, Mr Shivaji Ganesh brings with him over 35 years of combined experience working with various multi-national engineering companies like Cyient, Value-Labs, Boeing, Isuzu, Airbus, Nissan and Honda.

Our company’s name “Shigemi” is of Japanese origin meaning “Flourishing and Luxuriant Beauty” which is apt as we help enterprises and engineers transform, flourish and thrive in a dynamic world through strategic consulting, innovation and by forging path-breaking relationships.

    A dynamic leader and an extraordinary engineer, Mr Sivaji Ganesh has an overall 20 years of Industry experience under his belt. Through his career he has taken up various roles from an engineer to a team lead and then to an assistant General Manager. He has served in the field of Aerospace and Automobile as a delivery head and business development.

    He has the experience of working indifferent regions of the world having different languages and cultures; he has over 6 years of work experience in Japan where he served major OEMS like DIPRO, ISUZU, NISSAN, MJET and HONDA R&D AERO ENGINES.

    Also he has worked at various customer locations across the Globe in countries which include Japan, United States, Germany, Paris and has maintaining long term customer relations, participating in bidding process, Conducting customer meetings, discussions, negotiations to bring the business and projects.

    Sivaji has worked with Cyient (Infotech Enterprises Limited) where, he efficiently and successfully led a team of 250 engineers and Managers. As a manger, his work in the areas of customer relationship, associate satisfaction and revenue & Profitability was unparalleled.

    Sivaji has won numerous awards and accolades for his outstanding techno-managerial skills, he won Best offshore service provider for the year 2007, 2008, 2012 from Triumph Vought Aircraft structures, Business excellence and standardization advanced level certification award for year 2013 at Infotech enterprises, Best Manager of the Year for 2012 at Infotech Enterprises, Best Manager Of the Year for 2008 at Infotech Enterprises , Best Associate Of the Year for 2000 at Infotech Enterprises and Long service Award in 2011 Infotech Enterprises.

    Sivaji holds a B. Tech Degree from the Andhra University in Mechanical Engineering.

Ltd.” provides end to end conceptual product design i.e. a simple 2D diagram to a 3D MBD (Model Based Definition) to design validation and analyses like Linear Static, Dynamic, Vibration, Stress, Finite Element, Thermal, Fluid Flow, Crash, Motion and Bird Strike to production drawings/blueprints and manufacturing support.

    We have a dedicated team of 20 renowned scientists who have a combined experience of 700 years working for aerospace and defence Organisations like ISRO (Indian Space Research Organisation), other PSUs and corporate enterprises in the challenging domains of Automobiles, Aerospace Products (Aero-Engines, Defence), Rail Transportation, Heavy Equipment, Power, Oil & Natural Gas and other similar engineering domains.

    We have designed a set of unique certification courses in collaboration with the industry experts for engineering students for in-demand subjects like Additive Manufacturing, Noise and Vibration Control (NVC), Bird Strike Analysis, Crash Analysis and CATIA. These courses are delivered in association with the engineering colleges at their respective campuses for the convenience of both the students and the industry experts involved.

    We offer high-quality GATE & PSU coaching for Mechanical and Aeronautical Aspirants with a strong basis on the qualitative fundamentals of the subject enabling the student to both crack the examination as well as to gain an in-depth knowledge of the subjects.

    For Engineering Aspirants, we offer C-Language Fundamental coaching with practical hands on training. We have the required in-house tech infrastructure to be able to thoroughly impart the fundamentals of “C” programming to every student.
